In the event that you observe any problems with the products or any discrepancies in the order, please get in touch with our customer support team. Please include a photograph(s) and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will examine the matter and inform you of the decision to either approve or reject a replacement or refund. If your claim is approved and a replacement is needed, we will ship a new order to you within 5 business days. If you prefer a refund, a credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method within a few business days. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged, defective, or lost in transit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, unclaimed packages, wrong address provided, or packages rejected by customs.
