Where are your supplements manufactured?
All of our dietary supplements are manufactured in the USA. Our products may contain domestic and imported ingredients.
Are DEN supplements FDA approved?
The FDA does not approve manufacturers, facilities, or dietary supplements. We are FDA Compliant and GMP Certified. We guarantee the safety and compliance of all the nutritional supplements we sell.
Are DEN products tested for banned substances?
All of our products are tested by 3rd party labs for banned substances, bioavailability, concentration, and contaminants.
Who should consult a doctor before using dietary supplements, and what is DEN's recommendation?
It is recommended that individuals who are pregnant or nursing, those under the age of 18, and those with known medical conditions should consult a doctor before using dietary supplement. DEN does not recommend dietary supplements to those who fall in these categories.
Can I take your supplements if I have dietary restrictions (e.g., dairy-free, soy-free)?

What is your shipping policy?
For orders within the United States, we use either FedEx, USPS, or UPS for shipping.
Delayed Delivery: What's Next?
Should your order exceed the estimated delivery time, we kindly request that you allow an additional 3 days for any unforeseen delays before reaching out to us.
How long does it usually take for orders to arrive?
Estimated processing time for orders is 1-3 business days.
Estimated order fulfillment time takes 1-3 business days for supplements.
Estimated order fulfillment time takes 2-5 business days for apparel & gear.
Estimated shipping time takes 1-4 business days for supplements.
Estimated delivery times for apparel & gear item category range from 3 to 9 business days.
*Please be advised that during peak periods, including times of high demand, national holidays, and unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, shipping and fulfillment times may be extended.
Overseas Shipping
We are currently able to ship our supplements to a number of international destinations, including Canada, Denmark, Netherlands, Australia, Monaco, France, Belgium, Germany, and Italy.
We are currently able to ship our apparel & gear worldwide, except for the following countries: North Korea, Syria, Russia, Cuba, Iran, Belarus, Ecuador, Ukraine, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Chad, Laos, Yemen, Samoa, Bhutan, Brunei, Libya, Timor-Leste, Libya, and Turkmenistan.
Overseas delivery will be sent via Passport Global, Royal Mail, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, FedEx, USPS, or UPS.
Estimated order fulfillment time takes 1-3 business days for supplements.
Estimated order fulfillment time takes 2-5 business days for apparel & gear.
Estimated shipping time takes 4-14 business days for supplements.

What is the protocol if a package is detained by customs?
At DEN, we understand that receiving your overseas orders in a timely and efficient manner is crucial. While we strive to ensure the smooth delivery of your products, we want to inform our customers that there are certain circumstances beyond our control that may lead to a package being stopped by the customs agency in your country. Rest assured, we will do everything in our power to help you navigate any issues that may arise.
We want to remind our customers that our company cannot be held responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that may apply in other countries. It is important that you check with your country's customs office to confirm that the products you ordered can be shipped to your country.
In the unfortunate event that your package is seized by customs officials, we regret that we cannot issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in resalable condition. Please note that regardless of the outcome, the customer is ultimately responsible for any shipping charges.
We would like to reassure you that most orders make it through customs without issue, and in the rare event that a package is stopped, it is typically returned to us.
Before placing an order, please review our ordering policies and FAQ. By placing an order on our site, you are agreeing to these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us or contact your customs office directly.
Tracking Information
You will get a confirmation email along with the order tracking code after you place an order. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. In case you do not receive an email confirming your order and its shipment, please contact us at support@doanelitenutrition.com.
My tracking shows "delivered," but I never received it. What can I do?
In some cases, the shipping carrier may mark a package as "Delivered" a few days in advance when it's still out for delivery.
If you haven' received your package after it has been marked delivered, follow these steps:
- Double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that it was shipped to the correct address.
- Check your mailbox, locker, or anywhere else you receive mail.
- Check with your neighbors, family, or roommate(s).
- Check for a notice of attempted delivery on your tracking link. This will have more information on the next steps you should take to receive your package.
- Give it a little more time. Some shipping carriers will scan items as delivered prior to arrival.
If it has been past 7 business days and your package is still missing, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to start a claim and reach out to us with your order number to let us know.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We don’t offer expedited shipping at this time.
How much is domestic shipping?
Domestic shipping is calculated at checkout, and is free for orders over $99!

My order has arrived but it's wrong/damaged

Why has my order been returned to Doan Elite Nutrition?
If your order has been returned to DEN, it's likely to be for one of the following reasons:
- The delivery address was incomplete (e.g. misspelled or missing information).
- Our shipping partner was unable to access the address after several attempts.
- The order was not collected from the pickup point after it being delivered.
- The package was refused.
If your package is marked as "returned to sender," we suggest contacting us via email to confirm your shipping address and arrange for reshipment of your order. Please be aware that reshipment may not be possible if any items are currently out of stock.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We got you with a replacement order if your claim is verified and approved. Once your items are shipped, Doan Elite Nutrition is not liable for stolen packages.
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for more information.
I never received a confirmation email. What should I do?
There are a few possibilities if you haven't received a confirmation email:
- Your order might not have been successfully placed and processed.
- It's possible that you entered an incorrect email address during the order placement.
If you are positive that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check your spam folder for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email our customer service department:

How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking link. Alternatively, you can track your order by going to the order status page.
What if my tracking hasn't updated?
Don't worry! Tracking numbers typically update with couriers every 24-48 hours, however, additional delays may occur while your order is in transit.
If your tracking information hasn't been updated for a few days, there's no need to worry. Your order is likely still in transit. However, if there has been no update in the tracking for 5+ business days, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We try to fulfill orders quickly! You can't change your order IF our warehouses has begun processing your order. In this case, we are no longer able to make edits.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you made a mistake with your shipping details, please contact us with your order number and the new shipping address you'd like your order to be delivered to. We will do our best to update your shipping information accordingly.
While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to change the shipping address.
If your order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to request an interception and redirection of your package to the correct address. They will be able to provide you with the necessary assistance in redirecting your shipment.

How can I provide feedback or share my experience with your products?
You will receive a review email shortly after you get your order.

What is your refund policy?
Supplements
In the event that you observe any problems with the products or any discrepancies in the order, please get in touch with our customer support team. Please include a photograph(s) and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will examine the matter and inform you of the decision to either approve or reject a replacement or refund. If your claim is approved and a replacement is needed, we will ship a new order to you within 5 business days. If you prefer a refund, a credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method within a few business days. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged, defective, or lost in transit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Apparel & Gear
Our commitment to you is that we ensure the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship to 100%. In the event that your items are damaged, defective, misprinted or any errors on our part, we will replace them at no additional cost to you. All you have to do is submit a request to our customer support team. Please include a photograph(s) and a brief explanation of the issue. One of our representatives will promptly issue a replacement.
*You are responsible for reshipment costs due to incorrect address or unclaimed packages.
*Please note that we typically do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for issues resulting from user error, such as incorrect selections of sizes, designs, colors, and so on.

Discounts & Promotions:
Can discounts be stacked?
Discounts are not stackable. Only one discount can be used per order.

We offer military, frontline heroes, and education discounts. More information can be found in the discount tabs in the footer. At the moment, our website only permits the use of one code per transaction, and the discounts cannot be applied if any product in your cart is on a subscription plan.
I forgot to use my discount code! Can I still apply it to my order?
Unfortunately, discount codes can only be applied at checkout and we're unable to retroactively apply a discount code to your order after its placed.
Do you have any discount codes available?
Currently, we do not provide discount codes. However, we frequently offer exclusive promotions and discounts to our newsletter subscribers. To stay updated on our latest deals and offers, we encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter located in the footer of this page.
